Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
3. Notify the user who posted the material of the removal
4. Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us by providing the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

Repeat Infringer Policy

ComiXXX has adopted and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
